Introductory coaching session: email or call me for a free 15 minute “feel the power of coaching”
session. During this session you will experience what coaching is like with me. We will explore what
you want to do to improve your life, or simply discuss what is on your mind. Ideally you will gain a
new perspective on your current situation.
One time one hour clarity/breakthrough session: Just need a little support occasionally to re-focus or
seek clarity, then this session is perfect for you. $90.00
Our foundation session is approximately 1 1/2 hours (includes core values, goals, and action plan)
with an additional two coaching sessions in the first month by phone for 30-45 minutes. $240.00
Monthly success coaching sessions are based on a continuous process over time, which
incrementally facilitates lasting changes. It includes three coaching sessions a month by phone for
30-45 minutes and unlimited email support. $210.00
